Perfect apartment for a family of 4, close to the historical center with helpful host. Great location, 2 mins walk to market and old town square. Comfortable, new, clean room with everything needed. Excellent welcome from property manager.

This hotel is perfectly located right in the center of Split, next to the Riva. It's situated in the most picturesque neighborhood, making it an ideal base for exploring the town. The rooms on the top floor offer stunning views and are equipped with all the facilities you could need. The beds are incredibly comfortable and the private WC adds a nice touch of luxury. Plus, the breakfast provided is delicious and sets you up for the day ahead.

The location of the hotel is exceptional, right in the center of Split, close to the old town, restaurants, and supermarkets. Everything is within walking distance, making it convenient for exploring the city. The rooms are well equipped with amenities such as a mini-fridge, plates, water cooker, coffee, and tea. The bathrooms are clean and have good water heating. The hosts are friendly, helpful, and punctual, ensuring a comfortable stay.

The limited clothes space in the room may require guests to live out of their suitcases for an extended stay.

Central Split Rooms Paese was such a great find! The location was excellent, just a short walk from the center of town. I loved being close to all the attractions but still in a quiet area. The room was cozy and had everything I needed, from cutlery to an iron. It was also very clean and well-maintained. The owner was extremely helpful and provided lots of information about the local area. I had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Split.

As a woman traveling alone, I felt safe and secure at Central Split Rooms. The host was kind and informative, providing useful recommendations for activities and sightseeing. The room facilities were excellent, with thoughtful touches like homemade sweets and biscuits. The location is top-notch, within walking distance of stores, Diocletian Palace, the port, bus station. a fantastic stay for solo female travelers.

I felt safe walking at night, and there was nothing to complain about.

This apartment is a great find! the location was perfect, just a short walk to the buzzing heart of the city and close to everything we needed. the apartment was clean, modern, and had all the amenities we could have asked for. the host was incredibly helpful, giving us advice on what to do in the area and providing a helpful orientation upon our arrival. We especially loved the welcome surprise of flowers and fizz, which made our weekend even more special!

There were only a couple of minor things that we would have liked to have seen improved. It would have been helpful to have a full-length mirror in the apartment.

Central Split Rooms And Apartments Paese was absolutely amazing for our stay in Split! We had a great time exploring the city and the hotel's location was perfect for us. It was just a few minutes walk to the beach, bus station, and tourist attractions. The host, Berti, was very nice and made sure we had everything we needed. The apartment had everything we could possibly need and was spotless and comfortable. We would definitely recommend this place to everyone and would love to come back again ourselves.
