Beds were spacious, had multiple power sockets. Facilities clean with no odors. Convenient location near parking and city center. Air conditioning in room was excellent. Separate shower and toilet with plenty of communal bathrooms. Simple but tasty breakfast.

I had an amazing stay at this hostel. The staff were so friendly and helpful, particularly Matteo, who treated everyone like his best friend. The location was central and within walking distance of the main square and other attractions. The dorms were spacious, with separate toilets and showers. I loved that each bed had its own plug and light, making it convenient for charging my electronics. The bar on the first floor was always lively, with plenty of opportunities to chat, drink, and party with fellow travelers. it was the perfect place to stay and have a great time.

I stayed at Chillout Hostel for two nights while exploring the city. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The atmosphere was fun and lively, with a bar and lounge area plus a DJ at night. The location was excellent, right at the base of the funicular in Old Town. There was a great gluten-free bakery and cafe nearby. The rooms, although small, provided extra privacy with cubicle style beds and a clean bathroom. a great experience with a chill vibe.

This hostel is in a great location, right in the center of everything. You can easily walk to all the main attractions and there are plenty of shops and restaurants nearby. The rooms are comfortable and have everything you need, including a TV, personal fridge, and spacious cupboards. The bathrooms are huge and the showers are excellent. The staff at the rooftop bar are lovely and the atmosphere is really nice.

The shared kitchen in the basement was in a terrible state with building works and it should have been closed for use. It was dirty, cluttered, and had broken appliances.

I recently stayed at Time Out Hotel, previously known as Chillout Hostel, in Zagreb. My stay was for a few nights and it was a great experience. The location is excellent, just a few steps away from the main square and other attractions. The WiFi worked perfectly throughout the hotel. Each bed has its own power socket, lamp, small shelf, and assigned locker. The towels can be rented from the reception and are changed daily. The hostel also offers a free walking tour twice a day, which I found very interesting. The staff is friendly and the atmosphere at the bar is always lively but not too loud, allowing for a good night's sleep. The sleeping platforms in the bunk beds provide a sense of privacy and are stable. I enjoyed my stay at Time Out Hotel.

The staff was friendly and went above and beyond to assist us, providing us with helpful information and excellent service. We also appreciated the free lockers and the convenience of having a card to enter our rooms. The WiFi was excellent throughout the hostel, making it easy for us to stay connected.
