I had a fantastic stay at this hotel in the center of Rijeka. The value for money was excellent, as the prices were very reasonable for what was offered. The attention to detail was impressive, with new towels provided daily without even having to ask. The staff were friendly and helpful, ensuring that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms on level 2 were spacious and well-furnished, with balconies offering stunning views of the surrounding area. I also appreciated having a TV in the room, allowing me to relax and catch up on the news. Additionally, the breakfast included in the stay was of good quality, with a wide selection of fresh food to choose from.

The hotel’s location is perfect, being near to the pedestrian zone of the city and just down the river. It is also close to the centre and the autobus station, making it convenient for travelers. The rooms are clean and recently refurbished, with LAN-cable internet access available. The breakfast offered is good, with accommodating restaurant staff for special diets. Plus, there is a terrace where music is played twice a week, adding to the enjoyable atmosphere.

The noise from the adjacent busy street and the gathering of local youths on the nearby river bank can be disruptive, especially on weekends.

The noise level outside the hotel was a bit loud at night, which made it difficult to sleep at times. the rooms could use some updating, especially the furniture and décor.

I recently stayed at Hotel Continental for a few nights during my trip to Croatia. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and gave great recommendations for local wines to try. The location of the hotel is historical and offers easy access to the town. A little-known fact is that the Maritime Museum nearby houses the only remaining life-jacket from the RMS Titanic in Europe. For history enthusiasts like me, this was a thrilling discovery. The food in the hotel restaurant was excellent and the service was top-notch. The waterfront location added to the overall atmosphere of the hotel, making it a truly enjoyable stay.

Our stay at the hotel was great. The location was perfect, allowing us to easily explore the city and enjoy the beach. Despite a minor issue with outside noise at night from teenagers, our overall experience was comfortable and enjoyable. I would highly recommend this hotel for its great value and convenient location.
