esplanade zagreb hotel truly impressed me this time. from the beautifully maintained classic building to the exceptionally comfortable rooms, everything was top-notch. the staff, although not the warmest, were helpful and the dinner at zinfandel's was incredible. the location was ideal for exploring zagreb and the views were breathtaking. overall, this hotel exceeded my expectations.

There were some minor inconveniences during our stay, such as the lack of a kettle in the room and the age of the towels. However, the staff promptly addressed any issues we had.

I recently stayed at the Esplanade in Zagreb for a relaxing weekend getaway. The bed was incredibly comfortable, giving us the best sleep we've had in months. The spacious bathroom and L'Occitane amenities added a touch of luxury. The breakfast was outstanding, except for the cheese selection. The hotel has a unique and stylish decor, and the staff was friendly and responsive. They quickly rectified any mistakes and even arranged a special bouquet for my wife. a truly satisfying experience.
