The location of the apartment was perfect, right next to the Old Town and within walking distance to everything. I could easily explore the city and even go down to the waterfront.

The location was excellent, within walking distance to the old city and the waterfront. The staff, especially Filipa, was welcoming and helpful throughout our stay.

Great location, just a short walk to the old city center with lots of tours, restaurants, and activities nearby. the apartment was spacious and well-stocked with everything we needed for our stay. The mattress in one of the bedrooms was quite uncomfortable, very firm and hard. Although the location was convenient, there was some noise from a nearby nightclub when the window was open.

our stay in split was amazing, but gianina exceeded our expectations! the spacious and well-equipped apartment was super clean and tidy, and the host was very responsive. the location was super nice and easy to reach, with lots of eateries around. highly recommended!

The location of the apartment is unbeatable, situated right in the heart of the city center. Guests can easily walk to the old town and explore all the attractions Split has to offer. the apartment is spacious and well-maintained, providing a comfortable stay for guests.

The rooms were clean and tidy, and the host was very responsive and helpful in our communication. Additionally, the location of the apartment was perfect, being centrally located and easy to reach. We were able to walk to the main attractions and there were plenty of restaurants and shops nearby.

One downside was that there was no coffee machine in the apartment, but luckily there was a coffee shop right underneath where we could purchase our coffees. Another issue was the noise from a nightclub across the street, especially when the window was open.

Pros of the Gianina Apartment: The location of this apartment was fantastic, just a short walk from the old city center and with easy access to tours, restaurants, and walking activities. The spacious bedrooms and the view from the main room overlooking the square were impressive. The host was also very accommodating and knowledgeable, providing helpful information about parking and check-in/check-out.

There were a few drawbacks to our stay. The bed in the first room was very uncomfortable, being extremely hard.
