Finding the entrance was a complete headache. No directions were provided, and locating the back gate at the top of a parking structure took us an hour. Additionally, the layout felt odd, as it seemed like just one floor of a larger building without any comforting common areas. It was a bit unnerving not having a clear view outside, as one window didn't even open.

Consider asking for a room on a higher floor to minimize street noise and enhance your overall experience.

Villa Scalaria was a delightful surprise! The staff, especially Julija, went above and beyond with local tips that made our visit special. The room was clean and comfortable, with efficient AC that kept us cool amidst the summer heat. The proximity to Diocletian's Palace is unbeatable, just a short walk away, making it a perfect base for exploring the city.

Well, I’ll tell ya, Julija was a real gem. Helped us with everything, even found us a doc for a little eye issue I had. Place was super clean, and just a hop, skip to the Riva. Could use better AC, though, 'cause it was blowin’ hot instead of cold, but had the windows open, enjoyin’ that fresh air. Loved this spot!

Villa Scalaria has a fantastic modern minimalistic design that makes the entire space feel fresh and inviting. The rain shower in the room was a luxurious treat after a day of exploring – it had such great water pressure! Plus, being just 2 minutes from Diocletian’s Palace made getting around a breeze, and the personalized service from Julija truly made our stay unforgettable.

The apartment was as stunning as the pictures showed, with two spacious bedrooms and a big living area that made our family feel right at home. We loved soaking up the sun on the nearby beach and strolling through the fragrant pine woods of Marjan Park.
