I had a fantastic stay at the hotel! The room was spacious and clean, and having a laundry room was a huge plus as we had been traveling for a while. While it was a bit far from the city center, it was easy to get around using the tram. The staff was friendly and the breakfast was absolutely delicious. Plus, the bed was incredibly comfortable!

The breakfast had a variety of options and the staff was friendly. We especially enjoyed the complimentary coffee and tea available in the lobby. The hotel's location was great, with easy access to public transportation and walking distance to many restaurants and shops.

The room service did not replenish towels and even left bloodstains on the cushion cover. We had to request new towels multiple times and even went to the reception to get them ourselves.

The location was quiet and convenient, and the staff provided excellent service. The room was equipped with everything I needed, including a comfortable bed, air conditioning, and coffee-making facilities. In addition, the housekeeping was top-notch, and the on-site shops and laundry made my stay even more convenient.
