During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed the beautiful interior design of the hotel with a cozy and lovely spa area. the breakfast had a unique selection of superb food and the staff was very welcoming and helpful. the hotel is conveniently located close to the old town, making it a great spot for exploring the city’s historical landmarks.

I was unable to pay in my preferred currency, which was inconvenient as I prefer to know the exact price of what I am paying for. On top of this, the shower head in one of the bathrooms was faulty.

This hotel is located in a great area, not too far from the city center. There's even a supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The staff here were really helpful, going above and beyond to assist us. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The wifi was great too.
