We had an amazing experience at this 4-star hotel! The location in a beautiful lagoon with stunning views out to sea was absolutely breathtaking. We loved being surrounded by such a picturesque area. The hotel provided a wide range of activities, including cycling, kayak, mini golf, and tennis, which kept us entertained throughout our stay. The beach was just a short walk away and offered clean water and various beach activities. The pool area was also great, with clean facilities and plenty of umbrellas and sunbeds. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services.

As for the cons, we don't have any negative things to say about this hotel. It truly exceeded our expectations in every way.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at a 4-star hotel in a fantastic location. The hotel was spotlessly clean and the staff were friendly and efficient. The all-inclusive package offered a great variety of food and drinks, with plenty of options to choose from. The pools and all-inclusive activities provided endless entertainment. The proximity to the beach and various sports activities was a huge plus. I highly recommend this hotel for an amazing holiday experience.

The staff, apart from the very rude receptionist, are friendly and helpful. The service is fantastic, with room service, car hire, laundry, and wake up service available. The rooms are well-appointed, with heating, air conditioning, and a sitting area for added comfort. The amenities provided, such as free toiletries, television, and in-room safe, are all top-notch. The on-site dining options are great, with a restaurant, bar/lounge area, and snack bar offering delicious meals and drinks.

The hotel has a coffee bar and a snack bar that are open from 11 am to 11 pm, offering a variety of options for refreshments and snacks.

Finding available sunbeds in the afternoon can be a challenge.

The lack of shade around the pool was a downside as we had to get up early to reserve seats. some staff members were not very friendly, and there was limited selection in the all-inclusive drinks package.
