We chose the Advent package and it was a wise choice. The hotel's breakfast and dinner were monumental, with plenty of options. The wellness center and discounted massages were great after a day of exploring. The personnel at reception and the restaurant were kind and competent. The hotel's location was excellent and the room was comfortable. The hotel had a peaceful atmosphere and the staff was friendly and obliging. The self-serve breakfast was generous, even for a vegan, and it was nice to have the dining room all to ourselves.

That the sound isolation in the walls and floors wasn't very good. We could sometimes hear noise from the room above us, which was a bit disturbing.

I also enjoyed the open-air terrace, a perfect spot to unwind after a day of sightseeing.

The hotel offers 24/7 access to a spa and sauna, perfect for relaxation after a long day of exploring. The staff went above and beyond by preparing the sauna for us even after midnight. The breakfast provided was amazing with plenty of options to choose from. The hotel is exceptionally clean and has a royal-like ambiance. It is conveniently located for easy walking access to downtown Zagreb.

Felt very lucky to have found such a great hotel, no reason to complain.

The hotel could improve the continued restocking of toiletries like body lotion, soap, and shower caps. the other amenities more than make up for this minor issue.
