We had a very comfortable stay at National. The rooms were spacious and modern, with clean and new bedding. The location was incredibly convenient, just a short walk from the bus station and airport shuttle. We were also able to easily access the city center by tram from the bus station. The receptionist was very helpful and quickly resolved a reservation issue by providing a room in the second building. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This hotel is amazing! The value for money is unbeatable, and I was pleasantly surprised by the attention to detail in all areas. The location couldn't be more perfect because it is quiet, but within a 5 minute walk to the bus station. The service was impeccable, with staff that went above and beyond to make sure I had everything I needed. The room was fantastic with all the facilities required, a wonderful terrace to relax, and an amazing big window that opened to the garden. Plus, the breakfast was fantastic with delicious Omlets cooked to order!

The room was quite small and lacked a view. The air conditioning didn't work well and the room got uncomfortably hot, so we had to open the window for some relief.

national was even better than my previous stay in zagreb. the staff were incredibly helpful, especially kristijan who went above and beyond to solve our problems. the location was convenient, close to the bus station and with easy access to the city center. the modern and clean room made for a comfortable stay.

The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the bus station and close to the city center. Plus, the room itself was clean, comfortable, and had all the amenities I needed for a cozy Christmas getaway.

The noise from the fridge in the room, but fortunately, it had a power switch in the cupboard, so I was able to switch it off during the night for a peaceful sleep.
