staying in zadar before, we wanted a clean, comfortable hotel with excellent food and service, and hotel niko delivered beyond our expectations. the elegant rooms were well-maintained, the restaurant was top-notch, and the friendly staff made our stay truly enjoyable. everything we needed for a perfect holiday was right there.

The location was fantastic, with easy access to the beach just across the road. the hotel staff was extremely welcoming and made us feel like valued guests. the breakfast was outstanding, with a wide variety of high-quality options to choose from. the cleanliness of the rooms exceeded our expectations, with the cleaning service going above and beyond to ensure everything was impeccable.

The decor of the hotel and rooms felt a bit dated. the bathroom and shower were small and cramped, and the drainage in the bathroom was not working well.

I recently stayed at Hotel Niko in Zadar for a week-long vacation. The hotel exceeded my expectations in every way. The on-site restaurant offered excellent food and service, with a menu consisting of fresh seafood, grilled meats, and delicious desserts. The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, and the location of the hotel was perfect - situated in a lovely neighborhood with direct access to the beach and only a short taxi ride away from the old town. I highly recommend this hotel for a luxurious and memorable stay.

The location was absolutely perfect, right in front of a beautiful beach with crystal clear water. The neighborhood on the peninsula was lovely, and I enjoyed taking long walks along the beachfront. The service here was top-notch, from the friendly staff who made me feel welcome to the excellent room service and housekeeping. Everything was impeccably clean and well-maintained. The hotel also offered a range of amenities including a restaurant and bar/lounge area where I could relax and enjoy delicious meals. I especially appreciated the outdoor dining area, it was the perfect spot to enjoy a meal with a view.

I had a wonderful stay at a hotel by the ocean. The owner went above and beyond when my sister fell ill, providing a thermometer and ensuring our forgotten suit was delivered to the wedding in Split. The location was perfect, just across the street from the beach. I highly recommend this hotel.

In addition to the superb service, the hotel itself is top-notch. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, with comfortable beds and all the necessary amenities. We especially loved the small balcony where we could sit out and enjoy the stunning sea views in the evening.

The spacious apartment had a stunning sea view from the large terrace. The beds were comfortable and the hotel provided free sun loungers and parasols on the city beach. The breakfast had a wide variety of delicious options and the staff were friendly and helpful. Good wifi signal and convenient free parking.

Great staff, very helpful and friendly. Lovely room with a partial sea view from the balcony. the bed was enormously comfortable and the hotel offered a delightful complimentary breakfast and dinner that was very tasty. the hotel's location was perfect as it was very quiet, not too difficult to find an Uber or taxi, and has a free parking area. the hotel also offers an picturesque walk along the marina.

The hotel was not by the old town and not walkable, hence requiring a taxi or Uber ride of at least 40kn; however, they did offer direct beach access right across the road as a complementary amenity.

The hotel is conveniently located near the pedestrian bridge that goes to the old town Zadar center, making it easy to catch the bus for a short ride to the "Old City." Additionally, it is very near the airport, making it convenient for travelers. There are also good local restaurants in the area.

The lack of an elevator in the hotel could be inconvenient for guests, especially those with heavy luggage.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself was excellent. Despite being slightly outside of the Old Town centre, it was easy to reach by bus or taxi. The spacious rooms were a delight, and we were pleasantly surprised by the bowl of fruit provided upon our arrival. Additionally, the hotel's restaurant, highly regarded in the area, offered a fantastic selection of fresh fish.

The location of the hotel is ideal, as it is directly across from the beach, making it easy to enjoy a day by the water. it is close to the marina, allowing for convenient access to boat tours and activities. The room we stayed in had a lovely seaside balcony, providing a nice place to sit and relax. The staff were also very helpful and pleasant, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The interior decor of the hotel doesn't quite fit with its surroundings. The heavy wood furniture and plush carpet give it a more outdated and mismatched feel, which is in contrast to the beautiful coastal location.
