During my recent stay at a lovely hotel in Novalja, I had a fantastic experience. The receptionist, Christina, was incredibly helpful and accommodating. Despite arriving early, she ensured that our room was ready in just 30 minutes and even offered us breakfast. The two swimming pools at the hotel were amazing, as were the two saunas. The friendly and attentive staff, including Jelena and the cocktail and massage specialist, made our stay even more enjoyable. The breakfast spread was always great, and the pancakes were a particular favorite of mine. The overall hospitality of the hotel was exceptional, and I hope to visit again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful vacation experience.
