I had such a pleasant surprise staying at this hotel! The location was absolutely amazing, nestled at the top of Medvednica mountain in the middle of a 100-year-old forest. The views overlooking the city were breathtaking, and it was only a short 5-minute walk to the top of the mountain. The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and I appreciated the fact that I could bring my pet along with me. The breakfast spread was fantastic, with so many options to choose from.

All was amazing, no improvements needed.

The hotel had a restaurant that served delicious food, and the staff was very friendly. the location was also great with beautiful views of the surrounding nature and close proximity to the city center. they offered a variety of amenities like a gym and sauna.

The rooms were quite small and outdated, with old-fashioned TVs that didn't work well. the indoor pool was a huge letdown since I specifically wanted an outdoor option.

Spacious & clean rooms, friendly reception staff, free sledging for kids, use of pool, professional & friendly restaurant staff, delicious food.

I stayed at a lovely hotel nestled in a forest, surrounded by a natural park. It was a peaceful retreat, away from the hustle and bustle of the city. The room I had was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed and a well-maintained bathroom. The staff provided excellent service, always polite and helpful. The breakfast offered a delicious variety of food options to start the day. Additionally, the hotel had great facilities such as a pool and sauna, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.

The internet connection in the rooms was unreliable and only worked in the hall.
