Spent Easter at a hotel in Croatia with my family and it was a nice experience. Location was ideal as it was just a short walk to the beach and very close to the city center. The hotel offered a welcome drink upon arrival and the food was really good. Our room had a balcony with a stunning view and the staff was polite and helpful.

The hotel had some downsides. The room needed refurbishment and the mattresses were too soft, making it difficult to sleep. The number of power points was limited and there were few spaces to put our things in the bathroom. Also, some staff members were unwelcoming, particularly an older lady at the reception who was not nice to my daughter. A bit of renovation of the terrace would definitely be a plus.
