Rooms could use a serious update!!! The bathrooms felt cramped and outdated!!! A mini-fridge in the rooms would have been incredibly useful!!! Also, the fitness center charges felt a bit overpriced for guests!!!

The hotel’s location is fantastic! It offers a serene environment, a spectacular beach, and stunning views right from the balcony.

the view was nice, but that's about it! the staff at the reception seemed entirely clueless, and there were no lunch options. you would think a hotel like this would offer complimentary water with dinner, but no. instead, I expected a room upgrade after all this, but of course, that didn’t happen. grewt experience!

I enjoyed the view from my room and loved having breakfast on the terrace with the ocean in sight. I tried some thrilling water activities, which made my stay memorable. I did face a challenge with customer service when I had an ant issue in my room, but the breakfast was good. This vacation allowed me to unwind by the beach, a good fit for someone who appreciates art and history like me.

the staff were friendly but the bar staff were rude. however, the beach is just steps away which made it convenient. rooms were clean and our sea view was lovely. air conditioning worked perfectly too! 🌊😊
