I recently stayed at Galeria Valeria Seaside Downtown and had a fantastic experience. My stay was for one night and I was delighted with the service and amenities. The hotel staff went above and beyond, even upgrading our room and staying late to check us in due to car troubles. The room itself was beautifully decorated with stone walls and a luxurious bathroom. The smart TV provided entertainment options, including Netflix. The hotel is conveniently located in the heart of the historic downtown, right on the marina, making it easy to access all the local restaurants and attractions. Additionally, the location was surprisingly quiet at night, allowing for a peaceful night's sleep. I highly recommend this hotel!

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful, making our stay more enjoyable. The location of the hotel was also a big plus, as it was in the heart of the city and allowed us to easily explore the area. the hotel had a nice rooftop terrace where we could relax and take in the beautiful views.

The cleanliness of the hotel was not up to par. The housekeeping service was lacking, with our room not being cleaned properly during our stay.

We had a fantastic family stay at this quaint boutique hotel. Its location was perfect, being right in the center of the tourist area and close to the harbor where boats depart. The room was stunning with a comfortable bed and a stunning sea view. The staff was friendly and provided useful information about the area, including parking options. we had a great experience here and would definitely stay again.

The nearby supermarket attracted some rowdy individuals, which made my wife a bit nervous.

This place is in a prime location close to everything in the city center, making it easy to walk to all the attractions. The service here is top-notch, with a helpful staff that provides room service, car hire, bell staff, and housekeeping daily. The amenities are excellent, featuring soundproofed rooms, air conditioning, and a sitting area to relax in. The flat-screen TV and free toiletries are a nice touch too.

We had booked the most expensive room with a sea view and loggia at Galeria Valeria Seaside Downtown - Mag Quaint & Elegant Boutique Hotels. However, upon arrival, we were given a room on the ground floor without a loggia. We expressed our disappointment, and the staff took immediate action to move us to a nicer room on the second floor with a sea view and promenade. Despite the initial hiccup, we appreciated the effort made by the staff to ensure our comfort and satisfaction. The room was comfortable and quiet, and the location was perfect for exploring the downtown area of Split. I would recommend this hotel.

I had a great stay here in this downtown hotel. It is very close to the centre of the tourist area and just a few metres from the Riva, where you can find great restaurants and cafes. The location offers a beautiful seaside view and the walk along the Riva to the port and bus depot was fantastic. The room was very nice and the hotel facilities were good. The staff was friendly and professional, making my stay even more enjoyable.

the breakfast options were quite limited, which was a let-down, as we were expecting more variety. while our room had a great view, the windows in the bathroom were not sealed, which made it uncomfortable to use the bathroom with people potentially watching from outside.
