We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location was perfect, just across the beach with a stunning terrace facing the sea. The rooms were lovely and comfortable, with a balcony that offered breathtaking views of the ocean. The staff were super nice and helpful, always ready to assist us. The hotel also provided great amenities such as free Wi-Fi in rooms, soundproofed rooms, and a mini-bar. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket, spa, ATM, and the beach within walking distance. we had a wonderful experience here.

That the price was a bit high. However, considering all the positive aspects of this hotel, we would still recommend it to everyone.

They were very responsive to any help I needed, even assisting with finding alternate duvets and transportation. the location was great, with a stunning view over the bay and easy access to restaurants and markets. the staff made me feel safe and the room was spacious and modern, with the added bonus of a jacuzzi on the deck.

The location of the hotel was excellent, just right on the beach and very close to the shops in Split town center. The room was beautiful, clean, and had a stunning view from the large balcony. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, providing excellent restaurant suggestions. The hotel also offered free parking next door and was easily accessible via cheap Uber rides.

One negative aspect was the overwhelming smell of detergent from the communal clothes washer located in the hall outside.

The view of the city was stunning, and the location was near plenty of restaurants and shops. the room was spacious enough and included a communal washing machine, which was very convenient. the reception staff was friendly and helpful.

Our room was missing some basic amenities like a kettle and tea and coffee facilities and the breakfast was not up to par. the towels were rough and not very pleasant to use.

our romantic weekend in split was made even more special by our stay at Luxury Rooms Seven. The location was perfect, right in front of the beach and with amazing views from the balcony. The room was spacious and comfortable, and everything was clean and new. We especially loved the convenience of having a supermarket, ice cream stall, and car park right below the accommodation.

late check-in was a hassle

The staff at the hotel were very friendly and accommodating, always willing to help with any needs we had during our stay. The rooms were modern and comfortable, with spacious bathrooms and amazing showers. The hotel's location was ideal, right on the beach in a quiet area with lovely restaurants and bars within walking distance. It was also conveniently close to shops and just a short trip away from the city center by bus or taxi. The view from our balcony was breathtaking, overlooking the sea.

That the housekeeping service seemed a bit inconsistent. It was necessary to put up a sign in order for our room to be cleaned, as otherwise it would be ignored.

For the price we paid, we got great value and a fantastic room with a large balcony and stunning views. The staff at this accommodation were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

Breakfast option could have been better, perhaps with more variety or options to choose from.
