The hotel staff was extremely helpful and friendly, ordering taxis for us and providing excellent service throughout our stay. The room was spacious and well-equipped with amenities such as ironing facilities and a flat-screen TV. We especially enjoyed sitting out on the terrace and taking in the beautiful garden views. The dining options were excellent, with a restaurant and poolside snack bar offering delicious meals and refreshing drinks. The hotel also had a range of leisure facilities, including swimming pools, an aqua park, and a game room, providing entertainment for the whole family. we highly recommend this place for a luxurious and comfortable stay.

The location near the beach was great, and the complementary towels and sun shades provided made it even better. the food was varied with a lot of choices, and we particularly enjoyed the fresh fruits and biscuits at the snack bar. the staff in the restaurant was exceptional, keeping everything clean and working well.

The bed was uncomfortable, and the room lacked bottled water or toiletries. the stairs leading to the sea were dangerously slippery, with no handles that reached into the water, and the rubbish was not adequately disposed of.
