The hotel offers spacious and quiet rooms with beautiful sea views. The breakfast spread is excellent, with a wide range of options including fruits, cheese, jams, and cooked food. There are also several nice restaurants on-site, with a fair range of choices. Vegetarians and vegans have plenty of options to choose from.

Felt snug, nothing too much trouble.

Located perfectly beside the sea, with stunning views from the balcony. the breakfast options were varied and delicious, and the ability to dine outside while enjoying the view was a definite plus. the multiple pools, bars, and restaurants on site provided ample choices for entertainment and dining.

One small downside was the lack of complimentary bottled water in the rooms. While not a major issue, it would have been a nice touch to have them provided rather than having to pay extra.

The beds, rooms, and bathrooms were incredible. The location was amazing, with stunning views. The staff were polite, friendly, and extremely helpful. The breakfast choices were excellent and varied. The hotel had both indoor and outdoor pools.

It is also conveniently close to the bus stop which takes you into the old town. The room itself was clean and modern, with a comfortable bed and a spacious bathroom. The staff were friendly and accommodating, ensuring that our stay was pleasant. The breakfast provided a variety of options to choose from.

The beach-side areas and sun loungers were a bit tired and could use some renovation.

The location, away from the masses in the Old Town, allowed us to enjoy beautiful scenery and sea views while being close to bars and restaurants. The breakfast offered a wide variety of delicious options. The hotel staff, particularly the manager and restaurant staff, went above and beyond to ensure our stay was memorable.

I had an exceptional experience at this hotel. the rooftop bar and infinity pool, reserved for adults only, were fabulous. the views were amazing, and I loved being able to dive straight into the sea from the bathing area. the convenient bus across the road took me right into the old town, which was so handy. the staff were great, and the facilities were always spotless. I had a wonderful time at the Royal Neptun.

Located conveniently close to the town center for an easy walk, or nearby village with beach. The hotel has great access to transportation with a bus station right nearby and plenty of views with its stunning seafront location. Enjoy the large, modern rooms with plenty of space and comfortable beds, as well as the attentive and helpful staff. Breakfast is delicious, with great views and plenty of options. Take advantage of the multiple pools and facilities for some much-needed relaxation.

This place was amazing! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beach and the surrounding bars and restaurants. We loved being able to relax after a busy day exploring the area. The staff here were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially when it came to planning our excursions and boat tours. They really went above and beyond to make our stay special.

We found the check-in process to be a bit stiff and unapologetic, and we were disappointed that we didn't get the room we requested. Additionally, there was a fire alarm that went off by mistake in the middle of the night, which was quite disruptive.

The rooms were spacious and luxurious, with unreal views from the balconies. The staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast spread offered a variety of hot and cold food, with freshly made lattes available. The ability to "pool hop" around the resort was amazing. The location was convenient for accessing Dubrovnik old town.
