During our four-night stay, we were amazed by the stunning bay views from our premium sea view room. The hotel’s breakfast buffet offered a delightful variety, but I recommend trying the omelets for a tasty start. The staff truly made our experience memorable—especially Igor, who was incredibly accommodating. Pro tip, ask for a higher floor for the best views!

our stay at royal neptun was fantastic! they upgraded our room, and it was super spacious with a gorgeous sea view. the breakfast was out of this world, with so many options, including sparkling wine! the hotel's amenities were impressive, with multiple pools and direct access to the beach. we felt really pampered and enjoyed the peaceful surroundings.

the hotel had some good features, but really, is a balcony only usable when a noisy generator isn't below it too much to ask? I thought I’d get a better room for the rate, but I guess they're all about generosity to some guests. so disappointed, enough to almost give it a good review but couldn't.

Stunning ocean views from the room created a serene atmosphere, and the multiple pools, including rooftop options, were a highlight. Breakfast offered a wide selection of foods, and the gluten-free section was a pleasant surprise. While the coffee came only from machines, the charming ambiance of the surroundings made up for it. On the downside, occasional delays in service and inconsistent coffee availability detracted from the experience.
