This hotel is a hidden gem in a charming old town. The rooms are small but very clean and modern, with comfortable beds. The staff is incredibly helpful and friendly, offering great service. The location is perfect, right in the heart of the city, close to shops and restaurants. The hotel's attention to detail and overall value for money are truly impressive.

No major issues, just a minor confusion with the shower. Otherwise, everything was perfect.

Our stay at Palace Central Square was absolutely fantastic. From the moment we arrived, Ivan and his wife welcomed us with open arms and made us feel right at home. The recently renovated rooms were stunning, with modern furnishings and a comfortable ambiance. The location couldn't have been better, right in the heart of the charming old town. We enjoyed exploring the cobbled streets and being just steps away from the main square and its beautiful cathedral. The price was incredibly reasonable for such a top-notch experience. The only minor drawback was the slightly rough old towels, but that didn't detract from our overall enjoyment. We highly recommend Palace Central Square for anyone visiting this lovely town. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a beautiful room, great location, and friendly, helpful staff.

One aspect to note is that the bed in the room may be a bit hard for those who prefer a softer mattress.
