The hotel was situated in an ideal location, just a few blocks away from the train station and at the foot of the Upper Town. This made it convenient for exploring the city by foot, and we felt safe walking around even at night. the rooms were comfortable and updated, providing a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely bar in the main lobby where we could enjoy drinks or tea, adding to the overall cozy atmosphere.

Although we had an enjoyable stay, we did encounter a few minor issues. the towels provided in our room were old and worn out, which was a little disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

As foreign tourists, we were delighted with the central location of the hotel, close to all the major attractions and amenities of the city. The convenience of having restaurants, supermarkets, and tour buses nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

The location was perfect, very close to the main train station and easily accessible to the main square and other tourist places. There were trams right outside the hotel, making transportation very convenient. The hotel staff was very cooperative and even packed us a breakfast for an early day trip. The cleanliness of the hotel was top-notch, and the room was spacious and comfortable. The breakfast served at the hotel was generous and delicious.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The location was absolutely perfect, situated right next to a beautiful park with vibrant flowers and just a stone's throw away from the Christmas Markets during the holidays. It was the ideal spot for a day of sightseeing. The staff on the reception desk were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to offer tourist information and even make restaurant reservations for me.

We recently stayed at an exceptional hotel in Croatia. From check-in to check-out, our experience at Palace Hotel was impeccable. the staff were friendly and welcoming, the hotel itself was incredible, and the food was delicious. the rooms had beautiful views, were spacious and comfortable, and the large bathroom even had a bath. the location of the hotel was perfect - within walking distance to all the best eating places and sights, and public transport was easily accessible right outside. We were also pleasantly surprised to be upgraded at no extra cost. We will definitely be back and highly recommend Palace Hotel to our friends.

The hotel is in a fantastic location, right in the heart of the city's center. It is close to all the sights we wanted to see, making it convenient for exploring. there are many restaurants and a supermarket nearby, ensuring we never went hungry.

The walls were quite thin, and we could hear noise from the next room.

This place is in a central location, making it very convenient to explore all the attractions in the area. It's right across from a lovely park, and during the holidays, there are Christmas markets right outside. The room amenities, including air conditioning and tea and coffee facilities, made my stay much more comfortable. I also appreciated the free toiletries provided. The staff here were excellent and made my stay very enjoyable. They were very accommodating and helpful, making me feel very welcome.

There was one downside to this venue - the service on the reception desk was not great. However, this was only a minor issue in an otherwise wonderful stay.

The hotel is in a great location, right across from a beautiful park. It offers easy access to the best Christmas market in the city, as well as museums, which you can conveniently visit by using the Zagreb card for on-and-off transport. The restaurant serves a delicious breakfast with a variety of options. The rooms are comfortable and clean, and some even offer a lovely view of the park.

The fitness center is small and could use more equipment.
