The hotel was situated in an ideal location, just a few blocks away from the train station and at the foot of the Upper Town. This made it convenient for exploring the city by foot, and we felt safe walking around even at night. the rooms were comfortable and updated, providing a pleasant stay. Additionally, the hotel had a lovely bar in the main lobby where we could enjoy drinks or tea, adding to the overall cozy atmosphere.

Although we had an enjoyable stay, we did encounter a few minor issues. the towels provided in our room were old and worn out, which was a little disappointing for a 4-star hotel.

As foreign tourists, we were delighted with the central location of the hotel, close to all the major attractions and amenities of the city. The convenience of having restaurants, supermarkets, and tour buses nearby made our stay even more enjoyable.

We recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The location of this place is perfect, right in the city center and overlooking a beautiful park. We were able to easily walk to all the main attractions in the area. The room was very comfortable and spacious, with all the necessary amenities like air conditioning and a mini-bar. The staff at this hotel were also amazing. They provided us with old fashioned service and were always there to help us with anything we needed. the location and service of this hotel were top-notch.

If you are looking for a hotel that offers the worst service and doesn't even bother to apologize, then this is not the place for you. But for everyone else, we highly recommend this hotel.

We had a minor issue with one of the reading lamps in our room not working properly, but it didn't bother us enough to complain. The staff at Palace Hotel were friendly and accommodating, and the breakfast served was excellent. I recently stayed at Palace Hotel for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was perfect for exploring the city, and I was able to visit all the places I wanted to see within a short walk. The hotel itself had a festive atmosphere, with a beautifully decorated reception and bar. Despite being centrally located, I was pleasantly surprised by how little noise I heard from the street. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and it was a treat to have a bathtub instead of a shower cubicle. The wifi connection was also excellent, which was a bonus. Finally, there was a supermarket nearby and plenty of restaurants in the area, so I never had to worry about going hungry. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Palace Hotel and would definitely consider staying here again in the future.

We had an amazing romantic getaway in the heart of the city. the hotel's central location made it easy for us to explore all the main attractions and enjoy the vibrant atmosphere of the city. the staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making us feel welcome throughout our stay. the rooms were spacious and cozy, providing a comfortable retreat after a day of sightseeing. And the highlight for us was definitely the delicious breakfast, with a wide range of options to choose from.

The only drawback was the noise level in the breakfast restaurant, which made it a bit less enjoyable. However, it didn't overshadow the overall positive experience we had at this hotel.

Charming hotel with excellent service. The staff went above and beyond to assist with parking, and the breakfast was outstanding, even serving almond milk without asking. The location is superb, right in the heart of the center. The rooms were clean and had a nostalgic feel to them. I highly recommend this mid-range hotel.
