We had an amazing stay at a very modern and minimalistic hotel. the breakfast was delicious with a wide variety of choices. the staff was polite and the rooms were impeccably clean. the bed size exceeded our expectations and provided a perfect night's sleep. the rooftop pool was a nice feature, and the hotel's location was convenient for exploring the city. Maistra provided a luxurious experience.

I got great value for my money at Maistra City Vibes Zonar. The room was spacious, with 2 toilets and a super comfortable bed. The location was convenient, just a short Uber ride away from the city center. The staff was friendly and accommodating, and I even got a free upgrade to a deluxe suite!

Hotel breakfast could use some improvement, maybe with a wider variety of choices.

They even arranged for me to stay in a luxurious five-star hotel for the night and covered the cost of my transportation. The mattress in my room was exceptionally comfortable, and I would love to know where they source them from. The hotel is conveniently located near a Lidl and various eating places. the staff, service, and amenities at Maistra made my stay enjoyable and hassle-free.

Guests have mentioned that it is quite close to the center of the city by taxi and is within walking distance to tram stops. There are also plenty of restaurants, bars, and a supermarket nearby. The rooms may have minor issues such as a sink not draining well or a toilet seat that won't stay up, which can be a bit annoying.

During my Easter stay at this hotel, I was pleased with a couple of things. the hotel offered a warm and friendly greeting upon check-in, which immediately made me feel welcome. Additionally, I appreciated the fact that I was able to request a room on one of the higher floors, allowing me to enjoy a nice view from my room. Lastly, the hotel's location was convenient as it was close to key attractions and public transportation, making it easy for me to explore the city.

There were a few negative aspects that affected my overall experience. I found the breakfast to be disappointing, with cold coffee and unappetizing fruits.

The staff at Maistra were incredibly helpful and accommodating. When we arrived, they went out of their way to ensure we had all the information we needed for a seamless check-in.
