the host was incredibly helpful, providing excellent communication and even arranging a taxi for us. the apartment itself was well-equipped with all the necessary amenities and luxurious touches. the comfortable bed and the thoughtful welcome pack added to the overall comfort of our stay. the highlight was definitely the spectacular vista, which made spending time in the apartment an absolute delight. I highly recommend the Pearl Of Adriatic and would love to return in the future.

our recent stay in dubrovnik was perfect. the apartment had everything we needed and more - a stunning view, thoughtful touches like a bottle of wine and coffee pods, and friendly and helpful hosts. highly recommend this place for a fantastic holiday experience.

Steep ladder to second bedroom.

The apartment had an incredible view of the sea and Old City from the terrace. It was clean, well-equipped, and the hosts were thoughtful in their attention to detail. Josip was responsive and helpful in answering any questions we had. The location was superb, with a short walk to the center and the beach. The kitchen was well-fitted and the beds were comfortable. The nearby shops were convenient, and the cafes, bars, and restaurants in the area were excellent and reasonably priced. The hosts also arranged transportation to and from the airport at a reasonable price.

We had an amazing stay at this apartment! The view was absolutely breathtaking, overlooking the water and the old town. The location was perfect, as it was near a small supermarket and just a short walk to Banje beach. We also appreciated the fact that there was a taxi rank right at the entrance to the town, making transportation very convenient. The apartment itself was modern, clean, and very well equipped with everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, and the host even left us a bottle of wine and basic necessities like tea and coffee. the staff and facilities exceeded our expectations, and we would definitely stay here again.

The location of the hotel is very convenient, as it is close to the old town. However, it is recommended to take the short cut to avoid all the stairs. The hotel is also located just across from the taxi rank at the entrance to the town, making it easy to get to the old town.

The unmade road to the hotel can be a bit challenging, especially at night as it is unlit.

The view from the apartment was absolutely mind-blowing, with a jaw-dropping sunset over the Old Town. The apartment itself was super clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including a powerful wi-fi connection, a convenient electric kettle. The host was incredibly helpful and provided us with useful information and quick responses. We were pleasantly surprised by the thoughtful welcome gifts and the little touches like makeup remover pads. The location was great, within easy walking distance to the Old Town and a nearby supermarket. a fantastic stay with no smoking on site. Pets were even allowed. Highly recommended!

The second bedroom, located on a mezzanine floor, had a steep stair ladder with no handrail, which could be dangerous for young children. Limited storage space in the second bedroom, with locked wardrobes/cupboards and only one wardrobe in the main bedroom.

We also appreciated the welcome gifts, including a delightful bottle of wine. the apartment's location was ideal, with both Dubrovnik Old Town and Banje Beach within walking distance.

One aspect to note is that there are quite a few steep steps to reach the road, which might pose a challenge for those with mobility issues. the bathroom was on the smaller side, though this did not bother us personally.
