Clean, tidy rooms with great air conditioning. Efficient check-in/out process for a large group. Spacious room with excellent bathroom facilities. Helpful staff answered questions with a smile and allowed use of a room to change clothes. Highly recommended for hospital visits and general purposes.

Located near a park, the hotel is clean and the staff are friendly. It's situated just outside the downtown core, but there's a tram in the area that will take you directly to the city center. One of the best aspects of the hotel is the size of the rooms, which are fairly spacious.

There were some issues with the receptionist charging my card after I'd requested to pay in cash, and although the other staff were friendly and helpful, this experience did taint my overall impression of the hotel. the breakfast buffet was the same every day, which could be a downside for guests staying for longer periods of time.

The staff was incredibly helpful, answered all my questions with a smile. Convenient location near the hospital. Easy access to city center by car or tram. Fantastic breakfast with a wide variety of options. First-class amenities in the room, including a great shower.
