The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly, providing us with useful tips and ensuring that everything was okay during our stay. The apartment was modern, clean, and well-presented, making us feel comfortable and at home.- The location was perfect for those wanting a peaceful and quiet getaway. It was away from the hustle and bustle of the center but still within walking distance, allowing us to enjoy the beauty of the surrounding area.

It was a bit disappointing that the swimming pool was empty during our stay, and there were building works nearby that obstructed the view. The hot tub, although a nice addition, was not easily accessible as it was located on the rooftop of another building.

The apartment was beautiful, modern, and had stunning views. Fresh towels were provided multiple times. The spa bath and rooftop terrace were relaxing. The host, Petar, was helpful and knowledgeable.

Nothing could have been better.

The location was perfect, just a short stroll away from the village and with stunning views over the bay. the apartment itself was modern and spacious, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. the host, Petar, was incredibly helpful and friendly, offering us useful information about the area and even helping us book a boat trip. He went above and beyond by giving us a lift to the airport, which was a great convenience.

While our stay at the apartment was enjoyable overall, there were a couple of drawbacks. the first was the lack of access to a washing machine, which made it difficult for us to do laundry during our longer stay.

A 2-minute walk to a beautiful, quiet beach with turquoise water. Pool and hot tub available for those who prefer not to swim in the sea. Extremely kind host who helps with organizing day trips and trips to Dubrovnik at fair prices. Conveniently located 15-minute walk to the old town. Almost private beach only 5 minutes away. Air conditioning that works perfectly in the roasting heat. High quality furniture and well-equipped kitchen.

amazing sea views from the spacious, modern apartment with a big balcony. Peter was very helpful and sold us boat taxi tickets to Dubrovnik. Close to a local beach and a 20 minute walk to Cavtat town, bars, and restaurants. Exceeded our expectations for a golf trip.

Immaculate apartment, welcoming arrival, spotlessly clean, lovely view, daily clean towels, cosy with TVs in lounge and bedroom.

A garden with a terrace, a seasonal outdoor pool, and lovely staff. The airport is conveniently close for quick getaways.

Oh, just a little construction noise and a crane obstructing the view - perfect for those who enjoy an industrial vibe.

We've stayed here multiple times and Residence Alpha is always accommodating and friendly. the modern, clean facilities and quiet location are perfect for a relaxing stay. the manager is always available to assist if needed. We especially enjoyed the 10% discount at the restaurant in town. the apartments are extremely modern and the higher range options have the best balconies and views we've ever seen. the panoramic sea view is truly unbeatable. Cavtat is a more relaxed and affordable alternative to Dubrovnik, with a beautiful old town and plenty of dining options. it was a fantastic holiday and we would love to return.

Amazing new apartment with mind-blowing swimming pool and jaw-dropping roof jacuzzi. Short distance to beach and hotel restaurants. The toast grill was super for making toasts and hotdogs! Great value for money, spacious bathroom and bedroom, terrace, small playground for kids, very helpful and kind host. Sparkling clean apartment with friendly staff, perfect for a vacation. Parking, beautiful sea view, unforgettable sunsets, outside pool, hot tub with amazing view. We were pleasantly surprised by the location, property layout, and standard. Peter was a great holiday guide and very helpful. We even got a later checkout. Highly recommended!

We had an excellent stay with stunning ocean views. The rooms were clean and the hotel facilities were great. The hotel is really close to 2 beaches, one of which is secluded, and there is a water sports center nearby. The staff, especially Katarina and Petar, were friendly, helpful, and provided excellent service. We enjoyed the easy access to the beach and the convenient location close to the airport.

Ideal location, mind-blowing modern apartment with jaw-dropping views from the balcony. Petar, the host, was super friendly and always eager to help. The apartments are at the top of a steep hill, but the stunning views make it worth it. Highly recommended!
