The value for my money was great, and the room was really comfortable. The hotel staff treated me kindly and the location was convenient for using Uber to get around.

The hotel's location may seem peculiar at first, but it turned out to be a peaceful corner. Surprisingly, despite being next to a highway, the rooms were soundproof, creating a peaceful atmosphere. The staff went above and beyond to make our stay exceptional, making us feel welcomed and valued. The hotel's modern appearance and immaculate cleanliness added to the delightful experience. The room was spacious, while the bathroom and shower were absolutely fantastic. Though the parking lot was full upon our arrival, there were available spaces in front of the hotel. Without a doubt, I highly recommend this hotel if you are in need of accommodation in Zagreb. I would definitely consider staying here again.

My xmas experience at this hotel was great! the breakfast was amazing, with a lot of variety and tasty options. they offered complimentary hot chocolate and cookies in the lobby throughout the day, which was a nice touch. the hotel was located near a tram stop, so getting around the city was easy. the room was spacious and had a comfortable bed.

There were some negatives. the lack of onsite dining options was inconvenient, as we had to go out to find places to eat.

Had a great stay at The Loop for 3 nights. The room was spotless, with a huge bathroom and comfy king-size bed. Despite being close to the motorway, it was surprisingly quiet. The staff at the counter were super helpful and pleasant. Great value for money, exceeded our expectations!
