Stayed at a hotel in a beautiful old town, close to many attractions. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. The rooms were comfortable and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The breakfast buffet had a good variety of options and was served outdoors on a terrace. The hotel's location in the heart of the town made it easy to explore and discover new places.

The hotel lacked an elevator, which could be difficult for guests with mobility issues or heavy luggage. The bathroom was on the smaller side, which might not be ideal for those who prefer more space.

We had a very pleasant stay during our romantic escape. the breakfast buffet offered a variety of options including fresh fruit and delicious pastries. the hotel's location in the historic town center was perfect for exploring the local sights on foot. the staff were friendly and accommodating, adding to our enjoyable stay.

One thing we found disappointing was the lack of a lift, which made it difficult to carry our luggage up to our room. Another small drawback was that there was no on-site parking, requiring us to park in a nearby lot and walk to the hotel with our bags.

I was pleasantly surprised by the warm hospitality at Heritage Hotel Tragos. The historic building in the heart of Old Town is beautifully restored with modern conveniences. The staff went above and beyond, even surprising us with breakfast in bed. Visnaja, who I assumed was the owner, took personal care to ensure our happiness. The restaurant was spectacular and reasonably priced, with wait staff who moved at lightning speed. I highly recommend this hotel for a memorable stay.
