We had a wonderful stay at this venue. It's in a great location near a bus stop that takes you to the old town, on the beach, and in a nice area with other accessible beaches. The staff provided excellent service, including room service, tour/ticket assistance, and pet amenities. The rooms were equipped with many amenities, including ironing facilities, a mini-bar, and garden furniture. The dining options were fantastic, from the breakfast buffet with many options to the poolside snack bar.

The staff were fantastic, going out of their way to make us feel at home. The outdoor pool and bar/restaurant were enjoyable. The spa, indoor and outdoor pools were fantastic, clean, and the breakfast was tasty. We will be returning.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff gave us a warm welcome and the check-in process was smooth. Our room on the upper floor had a stunning sea view and was spacious and well-equipped. The hotel had excellent cleanliness standards and the facilities were impressive, including a large pool area with plenty of seating options. The buffet breakfast and dinner were outstanding, with a wide variety of dishes that changed daily. The staff provided fast and helpful service, ensuring that we had a pleasant dining experience. We also appreciated the convenient location, with easy access to beautiful beaches and transportation options.

We were upgraded to a room with a beautiful view of the sea and gardens. The receptionist even treated us to a round of drinks at the bar while we waited for our room. The breakfast had a wide variety of options and the staff was very friendly. I highly recommend this hotel.

The value for money was excellent, and our room was spacious and comfortable with a lovely sea view. The location was convenient, with easy access to the beautiful medieval city via a short bus ride. The staff at Valamar were incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was a wider selection of options available.

We enjoyed two complimentary cocktails upon arrival, and the pool area had stunning views of the sunset. the hotel is conveniently located near a bus stop, which made exploring the area easy. We also appreciated the variety of vegetarian options in the buffet.

The air conditioning in our room wasn't working properly, making it uncomfortable to sleep. the pillows were lumpy and uncomfortable, and we had to pay an exorbitant amount for bottled water at dinner.
