We had a great experience staying at this hotel. The location was perfect, right near the bus stop to the old town and on the hillside of Lapad. It was very convenient for exploring the area. The service was excellent, with car hire and airport shuttle options available. The staff were friendly and helpful, providing us with tours and ticket assistance. The room amenities were top-notch, with heating, air conditioning, and a comfortable sitting area. We also enjoyed the terrace and the free Wi-Fi in the rooms. The hotel had a lovely garden area and a leisure swimming pool, perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. we were very satisfied with our stay here.

Although this hotel is highly recommended for families, it should be noted that there are a lot of steps to access the property.

We spent our New Year's at this hotel and there were a few things that we enjoyed. the hotel was located in a stunning area with breathtaking views of the sea and surrounding hills. the staff were quite friendly and welcoming, providing us with helpful recommendations for things to do around the area. Lastly, the pool was quite enjoyable, providing a refreshing escape from the heat.

There were a few aspects of our stay that we didn't enjoy. the coffee provided was quite terrible, tasting almost burnt.
