We were pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and comfort of the accommodation. It was perfect for our family of 4. The location was ideal, as it was a short walk to the entrance of the Plitvice Lakes park. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the English-speaking staff member was a bonus. We also appreciated the nearby grocery store and the good and inexpensive restaurant at the park.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. the value for money was excellent, especially considering the location. The hotel is nestled in beautiful gardens with plenty of parking available. Additionally, the attention to detail was impressive, with a flower-filled balcony and great amenities in the rooms. The apartment was great for our three-night stay, giving plenty of space to relax after long days exploring the beautiful national park nearby. We loved how close it was to the park, just a short walk away, making it easy to spend all day surrounded by nature. the grocery store nearby was helpful for self-catering, and despite a limited selection of fresh foods, we were able to prepare delicious meals. the staff was incredibly friendly, offering helpful advice on local locations.

That the room was quite small, making it difficult to move around with our luggage. the lack of air conditioning made it uncomfortable during the hot summer months.

Great service and helpful staff. the staff provided an upgrade upon arrival and gave warm welcome and farewell. They also guided us with the most convenient way to get to the nearby attraction. we received a bag with homemade sandwiches, fruits, cakes, and bottles of drinking water, which was a nice surprise. the outside view from the property was great as well.

Not enough convenient sockets for charging phones. We could also hear noises from the next room when they used the tap.
