The hotel had clean rooms with brand new furniture and cute decoration. The staff was very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the beautiful view from the front rooms overlooking the pool and entrance. The hotel provided free parking in front, which was convenient. It was a short 10-minute walk to Cuvi beach and a bit longer to Punta Corrente beach and the old town. The location was in a nice residential area with private villas and app houses, making for a pleasant walk.

The one-bedroom apartment was perfect for our motorcycle trip. The owner and his family were incredibly helpful and provided us with pool towels within minutes of our request. Any issues with the hob and fridge were promptly resolved. The parking options were great and the overall service was worth the extra cash. The cozy villa had air conditioning in every room, which was a must in July. The swimming pool was amazing for cooling off after long walks. The friendly and helpful staff made our stay even more enjoyable. We will definitely be back next season.

We had a wonderful time during our Christmas stay. the property was well-maintained with a lovely pool area. the staff were friendly and helpful, giving us tips on nearby beaches and places to visit. We enjoyed having the option of a varied breakfast, which was easy to access due to the location. the bicycles were also fantastic, allowing us to explore the surrounding areas easily.

The wifi was slow at times, which was a minor inconvenience. although the property was conveniently located near the beach and town, it required a bit of walking or cycling to access these areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Marea. the apartments were beautiful and peaceful, with stunning gardens and a pool. the studio apartment we stayed in was conveniently located on the ground floor, close to all the facilities. We enjoyed borrowing the bikes and exploring the coast, and the beach was just a 5-minute walk through the national park. the walk into town took about 20 minutes, but it was worth it to experience the beautiful old town of Rovinj with its numerous restaurants.
