my recent stay in split at olea luxury rooms was absolutely perfect. the location was ideal, with everything within walking distance. the room was spacious, clean, and had great wifi. the staff was incredibly helpful and made sure everything went smoothly during my romantic getaway.

Clean and comfortable rooms, excellent location for touring the town. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Despite not having a dining room, there are several restaurants nearby for breakfast. The lack of parking was a minor inconvenience, but paid public parking is available nearby. I highly recommend Villa Olea 1 for a small and cozy stay in Split.

Villa Olea is perfectly situated right in the heart of the action, just outside the Old City and a stone's throw away from an incredible selection of restaurants. The location really couldn't be better! The staff members were friendly and always ready to assist, providing excellent service throughout our stay. Our room, with its good view and a well-maintained bathroom, was clean and comfortable. Additionally, the breakfast offered at this hotel was delicious and satisfying, ensuring a great start to our day of exploration.

All in all, everything was absolutely fine.

The rooms were neat and clean with modern amenities. the hotel was easily accessible and situated at a prime location, with restaurants and shopping being a stone’s throw away. the staff was friendly and helpful, with good recommendations about places to visit nearby.

The noise from the surrounding area was a constant issue. the late-night street noise was a major disturbance which caused us to lose sleep, and there was no provision for storing our luggage after check-out.

My partner and I recently stayed at Olea in Split for a week-long vacation. The friendly and knowledgeable staff were always willing to help and made us feel welcome throughout our stay. The apartment was incredibly safe with three lockable doors, and it was spotlessly clean. We loved the clean and modern room, which was also very comfortable. The location was excellent, right in the heart of everything. It was fantastic to have everything we needed right on our doorstep. The only small downside was the lack of a fridge in the room, but we were aware of this when we booked.
