I had an incredible stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely stunning, nestled in a beautiful pine tree forest that provided plenty of shade. It's so close to the beach, I could easily walk there and enjoy the crystal-clear waters. The service at this hotel was impeccable, with a friendly and helpful staff that went above and beyond to ensure my comfort. I loved the room amenities, including the air conditioning, mini-bar, and spacious sitting area. The terrace was the perfect spot to relax and take in the gorgeous surroundings. The dining options were fantastic, with a delicious restaurant and a poolside snack bar where I could grab a bite to eat. The pool area was amazing, with a large swimming pool, sun loungers, and an aqua park that provided endless fun. The spa and wellness center was a true oasis, with a sauna, jacuzzi, and massage services available. The gardens were well-maintained and created a tranquil atmosphere. The free Wi-Fi in public areas was a plus, and the 24-hour reception provided convenience and peace of mind.

The food selection was fantastic, with plenty of options to choose from. Plus, the location was ideal, just a short walk from the beach and beautiful views. The animation team was fantastic, always offering fun activities and games for the kids.

The rooms were quite outdated and in need of renovation. the check-in process was chaotic and slow, leaving us waiting for a long time to get our room.

The staff at Garden Suites Park were exceptional, always friendly and willing to assist. The food was excellent, with a varied and delicious menu. The rooms were modern, clean, and comfortable, providing a great night's sleep. The pools were well-maintained and enjoyable. The hotel had a smaller, intimate atmosphere, creating a sense of safety and familiarity. The activity team was energetic and made the stay even more enjoyable.

We had a slight issue with communication regarding a baby cot, but we brought our own. Additionally, there were a few times when the watermelon was not as fresh.

The food options at dinner could use some improvement.
