The resort had a very friendly and helpful staff. The location was perfect, only a short walk to the beach and nearby restaurants. The room was spacious and had great air conditioning.

The pool was a bit small for the size of the resort and the kitchen wasn't fully equipped. It would have been nice to have more utensils and cooking tools available.

I had such a fantastic stay at this luxurious 4-star hotel. The location is absolutely perfect, nestled inside a natural park surrounded by an amazing green area and a beautiful tropical garden. It's also centrally located, making it easy to explore all that this destination has to offer. The service here is top-notch, with room service available, as well as car hire and grocery shopping services. The airport shuttle was a great convenience, and the staff even welcomed me with a refreshing drink upon arrival. They were also incredibly helpful in organizing tours and providing assistance with tickets. I particularly enjoyed the happy hour specials at the bar, and the restaurant offered delicious dining options. The room amenities were impressive with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a well-stocked mini-bar. The seating area and terrace provided a comfortable space to relax, and the garden furniture enhanced the enjoyment of the tropical surroundings.

In short, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone.
