We stayed at Santa Barbara for a relaxing getaway and were blown away by the exceptional staff, beautiful facilities, and breathtaking landscape. The resort offers a variety of dining options, and the beach is stunning. From the friendly servers like Monique, Jurandy, Shai, Lezza, and Heavenly to Donovan the bartender, everyone made our stay unforgettable. The rooms were excellent and had all the amenities we needed. If you enjoy golf, the resort has a great course. a perfect place to relax and disconnect.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the hotel facilities were top-notch. The breakfast options were delicious and the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. The location was perfect, as it was right by the lagoon and provided easy access to the resorts on the west part of the island. We also appreciated the hotel's transportation services to public areas.

The resort had a beautiful and spacious property, with well-maintained grounds. the golf course was amazing, and we enjoyed playing a round during our stay. Additionally, the hiking trails were a pleasant surprise and provided a great opportunity to explore the area. We also loved the sand beach, especially because it was safe and suitable for children to play.

There were some disappointing aspects of our stay. there were some maintenance issues in our room, such as broken faucets and a lack of cold water.

As young families, we loved the fabulous beach, delicious food, and great decor at The Shore restaurant. The staff were excellent and the resort had a beautiful golf course. The comfortable beds, clean rooms, and complementary water bottles were a nice touch. The pool bar had good options and the location was great for families.

The staff at the resort were exceptional, friendly, and helpful. From the moment we arrived, we were greeted with smiles and excellent service. Monique and Jurandy serving breakfast at Medi were fantastic, while Shai, Lezza, and Heavenly at Medi serving dinner were outstanding. Donovan, the bartender at Splash, was also a pleasure to talk to. Cheska at the front desk provided us with great recommendations for food, and Bryan, who helped us with our bags, was terrific. We were impressed that the general manager made an effort to interact with guests and the attention to detail from staff like Shereka at Splash was truly commendable. this was our fifth time booking this resort and it definitely won't be our last.

Great assistance from the manager, helpful waiters, and convenient parking options. Lovely beach, multiple restaurant choices, and nice ocean view rooms available at an extra cost. Good overall facilities and food, with the exception of the Italian restaurant. Enjoyable presence of local fauna.

The lack of loud pool staff and speakers made for a quiet and serene atmosphere. the resort's location away from the crowded areas was a key factor in our choice. the spacious rooms with large balconies and comfortable chairs provided the perfect spot to unwind. Additionally, the resort's golf course, Old Quarry GC, was a fantastic experience with its unique layout and beautiful views.

One downside was the limited number of restaurants at the resort, which meant that taking taxis to restaurants outside the resort could be expensive. Another slight inconvenience was the difference between the breakfast only and all-inclusive plans, with the latter being significantly more costly.

As party people, we were impressed by the friendliness of the staff and the attention to detail from Shereka at Splash. The beach and golf course were stunning, perfect for relaxing and enjoying nature. The general manager even made an effort to connect with the guests, which left a great impression.

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The beach was lovely with plenty of chairs and shade options. The water was calm and protected, perfect for swimming. The staff were very friendly and always greeted me with a smile. The food at the hotel was fresh and flavorful, although there were some repetitive buffets. The location was great if you wanted to relax on the beach, and a rental car was reasonable if you wanted to explore other parts of the island. The weather was fabulous throughout my stay.
