The service in the pool area could be improved as guests are required to approach the bar or grill to order, rather than having the staff approach them.

The hotel had great amenities, including a beautiful beach a short walk away and high-quality food and drinks. It was also located in a top-tier area, making it easy to explore the local scene. Finally, the hotel's staff was attentive and very friendly, providing an all-around positive experience.

The service in the pool area was lacking. It wasn't clear how to order, and the staff wasn't as prompt or attentive as we would have liked.

the exclusive amenities were impressive and exceeded my expectations. the Spa & wellness centre was top, notch, offering various treatments such as body scrubs, facials and make, up services. the steam room and sauna were ideal for relaxation.

The dinner menu had limited options but was delicious. Sometimes service in the bar and snack area was a bit slow.
