The receptionist at Grand Sapphire City Hotel made my son's birthday extra special by allowing us to have breakfast brought to our room. The breakfast spread was amazing and catered to the whole family's tastes. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the rooms were spacious, perfect for families. The hotel's central location was very convenient, and the staff were friendly and spoke English fluently. The smart TV in the room even had Netflix and YouTube preinstalled. The hotel also had a gym and an indoor pool for guests to enjoy. Despite a few minor issues, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Our city break was enjoyable! We appreciated the warm welcome with fruits and wine in the room. the gym and indoor pool facilities were great for keeping up with our fitness routine. the hotel's central location made it easy to explore the nearby shopping area and other attractions.

The room we stayed in was not up to par. the windows were dirty and unsightly, and there was poor sound insulation which impacted our sleep at night.

The rooms were larger than expected, offering plenty of space to move around. The staff at the hotel were very helpful and accommodating, going above and beyond to assist with any requests we had. The hotel also had a great variety of food options, including a delicious buffet and a restaurant with tasty cuisine and cocktails.

The temperature of the indoor swimming pool, which was a bit too cool for comfort. the issue with the baby cot instead of a proper bed for the third person in the room was a bit inconvenient.

Had a lovely Christmas stay at this hotel! the rooms were spacious and well-equipped, with a big comfortable bed. the breakfast buffet was excellent, offering a wide variety of delicious dishes. I also enjoyed the indoor swimming pool and sauna, which were perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring.
