We stayed in a hotel right in the center of the city, close to downtown. It was very convenient for exploring the city and taking a cab. The room was comfortable and clean, and the bathroom was well-maintained. The service provided by the staff was friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a good variety of options, and the pool area was a nice place to relax.

The hotel's facilities and decor were outdated and in need of an upgrade.

the service was exceptional, the Spa & wellness centre was a true haven of relaxation, and the indoor swimming pool was perfect for a refreshing dip. the sauna and steam room were great to unwind after a long day. the massage I received was one of the best I've ever had, and the sun loungers by the outdoor swimming pool were perfect for soaking up the sun. the restaurant and bar area served delicious food and cocktails, and the private facilities in my room were impressive.

The only minor issue I encountered was the limited parking available, but this was quickly resolved. the hotel staff kindly suggested a nearby car park where I could park for free.

The hotel lacked proper soundproofing and the noise from the street traffic kept us up at night. the Wi-Fi in the room was unreliable and slow.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, excellent facilities for both business and leisure, spacious and modern room, great advice on local sightseeing and restaurants.

Excellent housekeeper in room 745, best I've met. Staff amazing, especially in breakfast restaurant and front desk. Interacted with our daughter daily, learned her name and gave her gifts. Comfortable beds and rooms. Popular location, parties on weekends, but room insulated well. Splurged on breakfast buffet and executive lounge access, delicious meals. Great location near business and commercial center, old town, and main road. Free car parking nearby. Spacious, well-furnished room with large balcony. Friendly and professional staff who made us feel welcome. Highly recommended for visitors. Smooth and efficient check-in and checkout. Hospitality of reception staff. Great service during breakfast. Small flower arrangement in room and jar of preserved fruits upon checkout. Hotel has improved over the years.

We had a fantastic stay at the Landmark in Nicosia. the hotel exceeded all our expectations with its modern facilities and excellent service. the staff were incredibly friendly and went out of their way to help us. the breakfast options were plentiful and delicious, catering to both hot and cold preferences. Our room was impeccably clean and we loved the refreshing scent of flowers. the hotel even provided antiallergic bedding upon our request. We highly recommend the Landmark for anyone visiting Cyprus.

My husband and I were initially worried about the change in management, but our concerns were quickly put aside. The attention to detail and excellent service we received at the hotel made our stay even more special. The staff went above and beyond to ensure we had a memorable experience. We were impressed by the indoor swimming pool and the cleanliness of our room. The breakfast buffet and lunch options were delicious, although a bit pricey. The hotel also allowed us a slightly later checkout, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend this hotel and would definitely stay here again.
