We were pleasantly surprised by Julipapas Gardens. the maisonette was clean, spacious, and even better than the pictures. the owner, Soteris, and his father, George, were friendly and accommodating. George even gave us a ride and shared interesting facts about the local area. As a single parent with three kids, I appreciated their tolerance towards children, despite my kids not always following the pool rules. It's perfect for budget travelers with free Wi-Fi and a pool right in front of the apartment. It's also conveniently located near the airport and all the "must visit" places in Cyprus, like Akamas, Adonis baths, and Aphrodite's rock.

The apartment was clean and spacious, perfect for a family of six. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to cook delicious meals during our stay. The location was great, just a short distance from the beach, restaurants, and interesting archaeological sites. We also enjoyed using it as a base for nature hikes and exploring the nearby wine routes.

We experienced a few issues during our stay. The water pressure in the second-floor bathroom was extremely weak, making it nearly impossible to wash my long hair.

The apartments were well presented and felt like a home away from home. the pool area was clean and comfortable, with plenty of loungers to relax on. the location of the hotel was convenient, with nearby places to eat and drink. the spaciousness of the 2-bedroom apartment was another advantage that we enjoyed.

The language barrier with the staff also made it challenging to find solutions to our problems. the location of the hotel was a bit far from major attractions and required transportation or a decent walk to reach more desirable destinations.

We had a wonderful stay at Julipapas Gardens! The villa was spacious, well-equipped, and perfect for our self-catering holiday. The communication with our hosts was excellent from start to finish. The outside shared area with the pool and wooden deck was incredibly comfortable. The location, tucked away from the tourist track, offered a peaceful and tranquil setting. And I have to mention Migle, the administrator, who was so helpful and friendly throughout our stay. The cherry on top was the orange tree in the garden, which provided the juiciest oranges!

We had a great time at Julipapas Gardens! The apartment was spacious and clean, exactly what we were looking for. The terrace overlooking the pool was a wonderful spot for breakfast, except for the mischievous cats trying to join us! The local beach bar and restaurant, Vardas, was a gem and we spent three lovely days there. The bus service nearby was convenient for exploring Paphos. The only drawback was the steep hill to the apartment, but overall, we would definitely recommend staying here.

The property has air conditioning, 2 balconies, and a garden with outdoor furniture. It is close to a bus stop and within walking distance to the beach and a traditional restaurant. The owner was welcoming and attentive, and the one-bedroom split house we stayed in was fantastic with direct access to the pool. Would highly recommend and use again.

Fully cleaned and disinfected apartment for our arrival. Plenty of towels and a washing machine available. Helpful staff offering airport transfers and car hires. Dedicated cleaning of the pool area and decking every night. Allowed to stay and use facilities after checkout until our evening flight. Comfortable and spacious two-floor apartment with two terraces. Hosts were helpful and answered all our questions. Excellent hospitality from the owner, George, who went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. Well-equipped villa with kitchenware, cleaning supplies, washing machine, TV, and air conditioning. Quiet location with a relaxing pool area. Great holiday base for exploring beaches, Paphos archaeological sites, boat trips, and restaurants

Felt very secure, no complaints whatsoever

the hostess was incredibly kind and helpful, making us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. the apartment itself was cozy, well-designed, and spacious, with all the amenities we needed. We especially enjoyed having our own parking spot and knowing that the complex was fully secured. There was even a beautiful lemon tree right next to our place, which added a touch of charm. the WiFi connection was excellent, making it easy for us to work remotely. Even in February, the temperatures were pleasant, ranging from 16-19 degrees.

We stayed at a wonderful place called Julipapas Gardens. the property was spacious and well-decorated with comfortable beds and plenty of cupboard space. It had 2 double bedrooms and 1 twin room, perfect for our group of 4 adults and 2 children. the highlight was the 3 bathrooms, which made getting ready in the mornings a breeze. the outdoor space, though not huge, had a lovely pool area with sun loungers where we could relax and keep an eye on the kids as they played in the pool. the staff were extremely helpful, offering useful information about the area and even accommodating our late arrival by having someone there to greet us at 2300. Having a car was essential due to the property's location up a steep hill, but this allowed us to explore the area easily. We discovered a good supermarket near Coral Bay and some great restaurants at the bottom of the hill. we had a fantastic stay and would definitely recommend Julipapas Gardens.

We had such a wonderful time at Juliapapas. The accommodation was spacious, clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated and excellent value for money. The pool area was beautiful and the perfect place to relax. The hosts, Soteris and Migle, were fantastic and went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. They arranged a cot and high chair for us and even provided a welcome basket with essentials like washing powder, coffee, salt, water, and a bottle of wine. We really felt taken care of and can't thank them enough. We plan to visit again soon and would recommend Juliapapas without hesitation.

I recently stayed at Julipapas Gardens for a week and it was truly delightful. The apartment was clean, comfortable, and exactly as shown in the photos. The highlight for us was the beautiful garden, where we enjoyed peaceful evenings. The location was perfect, with easy access to a nearby beach for snorkeling, and a charming café called Coral Oaziz. The owners, Michael and Migle, provided outstanding service and made sure everything went smoothly. We were thoroughly satisfied with our stay and can't wait to return.
