The staff at Kokkinos Boutique went above and beyond to ensure our stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They were attentive and friendly, especially with our little one. The location was fantastic, just a short walk from the beautiful Fig Tree Bay beach. The hotel facilities were great, and the cleanliness of the rooms was top-notch. Despite some minor issues with parking and the arrangement of furniture, the overall experience was positive. I would recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Protaras. Amazing location, right by the beach and in the heart of all the bars and restaurants. Rooms were basic but had everything we needed for our self-catering stay. Daily room cleaning and fresh linen and towels three times a week. Pool area was lovely and peaceful, with a nice view. Air conditioning was a must and worked well.

The premises were a bit outdated and could use some renovation. the pool was not well-maintained and had leaves floating around.

We stayed at this place recently and had a fantastic experience. The location is excellent, right in the heart of the strip, with plenty of shops, restaurants, and bars nearby. We loved how convenient it was to walk to the beautiful beaches, with Fig Tree Bay and other stunning beaches just a short 3-5 minute walk away. The central location made exploring the area so easy and enjoyable.

The value for money at Kokkinos Boutique was great, and the room was comfortable and clean. The hotel's location was perfect, with easy access to shops, bars, and the beautiful Fig Bay Beach. The staff were friendly and welcoming, providing excellent service throughout my stay.

The breakfast could have been better if smoking was not allowed in the dining area. It was unpleasant to have tables of people smoking around diners and small children.

The location is amazing! Close to the beach on the main street. The facility is modern, brand new and cosy. Very nice pool. Spacious room and balcony. Staff is always smiling and very helpful. The breakfast is very nice, with a lot of variety of both Greek and international cuisine. Fantastic beach is 500 m from the Hotel. It kills all doubts.

We spent new year's eve at this hotel and had a wonderful time! the breakfast was delicious and had a variety of options to choose from. the location was great, just a short walk away from the beach and many restaurants. We also appreciated the free use of the fridge and safe, it was very helpful.

The room was a bit noisy at night, but that was to be expected with the location. the music by the pool area could be a bit loud at times.

I had a fantastic stay at a wonderful location just minutes away from the beautiful Fig Tree Bay. The hotel is situated right in the heart of Protaras, surrounded by shops, supermarkets, cafes, and restaurants. The staff were incredibly helpful and answered all my questions. I loved that the air conditioner was free and the apartment was spacious with a kitchen, bedroom, and balcony.
