The recently renovated apartment was absolutely lovely! The furniture was comfy, especially the two king size beds. The apartment had great views and was in a handy location, close to the beach and many nice restaurants within walking distance. The staff were friendly and gave great tips for places to eat. We also appreciated the off-road parking and the balconies, which were great for enjoying the view.

While there weren't many negatives, it would have been nice if the room had a sea view as advertised. there was some noise from a nearby bar on a Saturday night, but that just meant there were plenty of places to explore within walking distance.

I stayed at Ksquared in Protaras for two weeks and it felt like home. The apartment was spotless and had everything I needed. The comfy bed and fresh bed sheets were a plus, and I loved the simple and tasteful decor. The location was great, close to the beach and all the shops and restaurants. The balcony was a perfect spot to relax in the evenings. The owner even provided a baby cot without us asking, which was extremely thoughtful. a fantastic stay!

This was our third time staying at this amazing place, and once again, we were not disappointed. The owner of the apartment is the best owner ever! She went above and beyond to assist us when one of us had an accident, helping us with hospital arrangements and more. The apartment itself is brand new, with everything being clean, new, and nicely decorated. The view from the apartment is beautiful, and the location is perfect, just a one-minute walk to the beach. The staff is super helpful, and the pool and restaurant downstairs offer great food. Highly recommended for a perfect holiday!

The apartment was filled with light, had new furnishings, and a comfortable bed. We appreciated the air conditioning in every room and the dark curtains with blinds that effectively blocked out the outdoor lighting. the location was fantastic, with a general store right below and a restaurant with a pool next door. It was only a short walk to the sea. Communication with the owner was excellent, with quick responses to any questions we had.

The toilet got clogged a few times, and it was challenging to get it working again. It would have been great if there were cleaning supplies for the bathroom and toilet.
