The hotel rooms were clean and well-maintained with all the necessary amenities. The food options were excellent, with a wide variety to choose from even for picky eaters.

Towards the end of the week, the hotel became crowded and it felt a bit overwhelming. Lack of concern and care from the hotel staff and travel representative when one guest fell ill and had to be taken to the hospital.

As young families, we loved the hotel's majestic atmosphere, clean rooms, and tidy facilities. The kids had lots of fun and were entertained with daily shows and activities. The restaurant impressed us with its large selection of delicious food, including a surprising variety of alcoholic cocktails.

We recently stayed at a hotel for a romantic escape and we loved the complementary champagne and chocolate-covered strawberries that were waiting in our room upon arrival. The aquapark was clean, safe, and so much fun, thanks to the great team of young lifeguards. Our rooms were not only very clean but also cozy, and the cleaning lady surprised us every morning with towel animals. The breakfast buffet was excellent with a beautiful view of the seafront. We were particularly impressed with our server who was friendly, open, kind, and gave us great advice about the area.
