The owner, Mrs Maritsa, was friendly and welcoming, and even upgraded me to a bigger room for free. the room was cozy and functional, with a beautiful bathroom featuring a large bathtub. I enjoyed the serene view from outside the room in the early morning. the breakfast provided was rich and filling, and there were convenient amenities like a fridge and coffeemaker in the room. the location was perfect, close to the central square and the pretty river. the inner courtyard was a great place to relax with a late-night drink in the summer, and the cozy common room with a fireplace was perfect for the winter. a comfortable and enjoyable stay at Maritsa Lodge.

I recently stayed at Maritsa Lodge in Kakopetria for a few nights and it was a fantastic experience. The traditional Cypriot house was charming and authentic, with room 5 being particularly wonderful. The outside living space was a great bonus, and the large bedroom and excellent bathroom added to the overall comfort. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the village centre. The rooms were decorated in a lovely local village style, and everything was clean, spacious, and warm. The breakfast provided was also excellent, with plenty of choices.

Couldn't recommend this hotel more.

our recent stay in kakopetria was lovely, but maritsa lodge was the cherry on top. the clean room with all the amenities and large bathroom made us feel right at home. the hospitable hostess and beautiful natural trail nearby were the icing on the cake. unforgettable!

Heating was late in the room.

I had a wonderful stay at a charming lodge in the heart of the old town. the staff were lovely and the rooms were clean and comfortable. the location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants and a peaceful river nearby. the breakfast was fantastic, offering a wide variety of fresh and tasty options. it was a great experience with everything I needed for a relaxing stay.

Stayed in a charmingly decorated room with a cozy fireplace and lovely views of the mountains. Plenty of cafes and tavernas nearby to satisfy my appetite.

Who needs good WiFi in this day and age? Definitely not me!
