The value for money at the hotel was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was perfect - quiet but still close to the main attractions. The staff treated us very well and were very friendly and helpful.

The hotel doesn't have a strict policy for reserving sunbeds, which can be frustrating as some guests reserve them early in the morning and only use them later in the afternoon.

The presence of power sockets and USB sockets was extremely convenient. We also appreciated the 24-hour grocery store nearby for late-night arrivals. The breakfast buffet was huge and offered a wide variety of options. The concierge, Mrs. Gabriela, was exceptional – flexible, kind, and very knowledgeable. Her advice helped us save time and made our trip even better. she is the best concierge we have encountered in all our travels to 34 countries.
