I had a fantastic stay at a waterpark resort in Protaras. The staff were incredibly polite and helpful, from the receptionists to the waiters and baristas. They even allowed us to check out at 3 without any extra charge, which was greatly appreciated. Our spacious studio comfortably accommodated two adults, a child, and an infant in a babycot. The breakfast spread was rich and satisfying. The swimming pool and waterpark were a highlight of our stay. we thoroughly enjoyed our time there and will definitely return.

I was pleasantly surprised by my stay at Narcissos Waterpark Resort. The renovated rooms were clean and spacious, and the reception staff were extremely helpful and welcoming. The food options at lunch and dinner were varied and tasty, and breakfast was great too. The waterpark and pool were a hit with the whole family, and there were plenty of sun beds. I would highly recommend this hotel for a family vacation.

The location of the hotel was perfect, as it was close to all the beaches in Protaras and even near the waterpark. The room was spacious and comfortable, providing a great view of the surroundings. The staff were friendly and helpful, going above and beyond to accommodate our needs. The breakfast served was delicious, with plenty of options to choose from. Additionally, the hotel offered a variety of facilities such as a tennis court and bike rentals, ensuring there was always something to do.

There were a few areas where improvement was needed, such as the cleanliness of the kitchen area and the lack of dishwashing supplies.

The Waterpark and ice creams were fantastic, especially the chocolate sandwich ice creams. The waterslides provided endless fun and excitement. The hotel's cleanliness, spacious rooms, and regular bus service added to the overall convenience and comfort of the stay.

I had a wonderful time staying at this lovely hotel. The location was perfect, close to the main street with all the restaurants and right next to a beautiful beach. It was so convenient being able to walk to all the nearby beaches in no time. Plus, there were clubs nearby for those looking for some nightlife.

Over the Christmas holidays, I had a lovely time with my family at a beach hotel. We enjoyed the family-friendly atmosphere and the clean, spacious rooms. The location was perfect; it was close to many beaches and great restaurants. We especially loved the fact that we could rent scooters to explore the area. The hotel also offered a variety of fun water sports activities.

There were a few negatives aspects we found. We were disappointed that we had to pay extra for amenities such as Wi-Fi, towels, and some activities.

We booked a studio flat the night before we left to attend a friend's wedding, and upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to be given a one-bedroom apartment instead. The receptionist was warm and friendly, and the apartment, while showing signs of wear and tear, was clean and comfortable. The beds had crisp cotton sheets, the bathroom was spotless, and the breakfast provided was delicious. The staff at Narcissos Waterpark Resort were amazing, always helpful, and went above and beyond to ensure we had a great stay. The water park was a hit with both kids and adults, and we particularly loved the variety and quality of the food and drinks. The team even helped me celebrate my birthday, and the cake they provided was superb. Additionally, it was great to see a focus on cleanliness with gloves and sanitizer readily available throughout the hotel.
