Exceptional Service and Upgraded Room

During my stay at Nelia Gardens, I experienced exceptional service and even got upgraded to a better room. The staff at the hotel were incredibly friendly and accommodating, making me feel welcome from the moment I arrived. The room I stayed in was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Additionally, the hotel's location was convenient, allowing me to easily explore the nearby attractions and enjoy the beautiful beach. Despite a few minor drawbacks, such as having to pay extra for the safe box and fridge, overall I had a wonderful experience at Nelia Gardens and would highly recommend it.

The Nelia Gardens in Ayia Napa was a nice and clean hotel. The staff were pleasant and helpful. The room was stylish and clean, with a comfortable bed and a balcony with a sea and pool view. The hotel is conveniently located within walking distance of the city center and a beautiful sandy beach. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, making it a great value for money. we had a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, and they even allowed us a late checkout, which was a nice bonus. We also appreciated the convenience of having a supermarket right next to the hotel. this place provided enhanced comfort and quality services, making our stay truly enjoyable.

Just returned from a wonderful stay at a hotel in Ayia Napa. The location was perfect, just a few minutes from the sandy beach and close to the city center. Our room had a breathtaking view of the pool and the balcony provided a great spot to relax and enjoy the scenery. The room itself was spacious and comfortable, with a cozy bed and clean towels provided daily. The hotel staff was friendly and accommodating, allowing us to check in a couple of hours early. The breakfast options were fantastic, and we particularly enjoyed starting our day with a delicious meal. The regular-sized pool was also a welcome addition, offering a refreshing break from the summer heat.

Nice pool, perfect for relaxation during leisure time. Open-air restaurant, providing a pleasant dining experience. Playground, suitable for families with children. Tickets for sunbeds and umbrellas at the municipal beach with a small discount, making beach visits convenient. 10% discount in Tequila Garden Mexican restaurant, a great option for dining. The hotel went the extra mile by keeping the restaurant open specially for us when we missed dinner time on the day of arrival.

The bed in my room was comfortable and the balcony had a nice view. the hotel is also located within walking distance to many shops and restaurants, which was convenient. the breakfast offered was decent and helped me get my day started.

the hotel was quite noisy and I found it difficult to sleep at night. Lastly, the hotel felt quite old and worn down, with noticeable cracks in the walls and outdated facilities.

The room size was good, with a nice veranda and great view. The bed was comfortable, with extra blankets. Toiletries were provided and the bathroom was clean. They gave us a kettle upon request. Supermarkets nearby, so we got coffee and tea.

The location of the hotel was ideal, as it was just a short walk away from the beautiful Nelia beach. We loved being so close to the sea and being able to easily access the beach for relaxing walks.
