Breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. Room was comfortable and well equipped. Gorgeous grounds with two pools and a large bar area. Staff were incredibly pleasant and helpful. Convenient location with good transport links.

We were delighted with the warm welcome we received upon arrival. The staff at Pia Bella were attentive and made us feel right at home. The pool and gardens were well-maintained and provided a serene atmosphere for relaxation. We particularly enjoyed the convenience of being able to walk into town in just 10 minutes. Another highlight was the delicious breakfast spread, offering a variety of continental options. The hotel location is perfect for exploring the area and we will definitely consider staying here again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast could improve, but Katina in reception was incredibly helpful with our rapid tests. The bed was comfy, air-con worked well, and the room was cleaned daily with fresh towels. The hotel is a hidden gem, not much from the outside, but staff made it feel welcoming. The rooms were spacious, clean, and had great mountain views. The showers were a plus and the food fresh and delicious. The pools were clean and there was even a lift for disabled access. Good central location and luxurious buffet breakfast. a great experience with friendly and professional staff.

Absolutely loved our weekend stay! the pool was amazing - so big and spacious, perfect for a refreshing swim. the location was also great, with plenty of places to eat and drink nearby. Plus, the fact that there was a bus stop and taxi rank right across the street made getting around super convenient.

The room was a bit disappointing. It didn't quite match the pictures we had seen online, and there was a strong smell inside.

As a business traveler, I appreciated the friendly staff, good food selection for breakfast and lunch, and fantastic drinks selection. The room was beautifully decorated and spacious, with a large and comfortable double bed. The facilities, such as tea making facilities and a mini bar, were also good. The hotel had two good-sized swimming pools and offered evening entertainment.

Felt safe walking at night, no reason to complain.
