I got great value for my money at Poseidonia Beach Hotel. The room was excellent and the location was perfect, right on the beach. The staff was friendly and helpful throughout my stay.

The only thing that could have made the breakfast better was more variety in the offerings.

The breakfast is delicious with many options. the sea view from the higher floors is breathtaking. the pool area is clean and enjoyable with a covered section to protect from sunburn. the daily complementary fruit basket and bottle of wine were a nice touch.

Moving from the hotel to the pool area requires walking on the street which can be uncomfortable. There are no showers at the pool area.

The old town is sooo charming, with its ancient castle and touristy restaurants covering "the square". The beach promenade is great for leisure activities, like watching people and sipping cocktails. The hotel has a spa on the beach level, so I could get pampered and listen to the soothing sound of the waves. Plus, they have boutique shops with fancy stuff to buy. Lovely!

Oh, just a tiny thing. I didn't like that they didn't offer free champagne at every corner of the hotel.

The swimming pool and beach area were a definite highlight, offering a great place to relax and soak up the sun. The location of the hotel was also a major plus, just steps away from the beautiful beach and convenient to nearby restaurants. Additionally, the breakfast provided was delicious and satisfying.

The restaurant at the hotel was a disappointment. The food for dinner was bland and overpriced, and the service was not up to par.
