I had an amazing stay at a lovely boutique apartment in Ayia Napa. the staff, especially the blonde woman at the front desk, were incredibly kind and made sure everything was perfect. the apartment was clean and had all the necessary amenities. the location was ideal, close to restaurants and stores but also peaceful enough for a good night's sleep. I couldn't have asked for a better experience.

The location was acceptable, with a cheap shop right next to the hotel. We had a great time during our city trip! the staff were super friendly and helpful, always ready to assist us with any requests. the location was perfect, close to all the popular attractions and nightlife spots. Plus, having parking available on-site was very convenient. we had a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The cleaning service was a bit early in the morning. They would come into the room at around 10 am, even when we were still in bed.

We had a fantastic stay at River View Boutique Apts! the location is perfect, right in the heart of town with the bar street just a short walk away. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful from the moment we arrived. the apartment itself was spacious, clean, and comfortable, offering great value for the price. We also appreciated the convenience of parking on the ground floor for both cars and motorcycles. This is definitely the best place to stay in Ayia Napa for exploring the eastern part of the island by car or motorbike. We will definitely be returning in the future.

I recently stayed at River View Boutique Apts for a week-long vacation. The room was beautifully decorated with grey and white furniture, creating a relaxing atmosphere. The kitchen was equipped with new and modern appliances. The location was perfect, close to both the city center and the beach, with everything I needed right around the corner. The staff, from the receptionists to the cleaning ladies, were incredibly friendly and helpful, making my stay even more enjoyable. a fantastic experience!

Good WiFi and a short 7-minute walk to the city center. Nissi beach is just 4 km away, easily accessible. Spacious and bright rooms with balconies. Exceptional value for money. Free parking available in front of the hotel. Close proximity to the city center, stores, cafes, Love Bridge, and sculpture museum.

river view boutique apts was even better than before, with spacious and clean rooms, daily towel and sheet changes, and a fantastic location near the city center and beach. the staff, especially giorgos, marios, and mixalis, were lovely and made our stay even more enjoyable. highly recommended!
